    • For 2 years, you can learn a trade, mainly in a company environment, in a dual apprenticeship.
    • In the case of dual training, the training will take place mainly in companies or entrepreneurs where the apprenticeship is learnt.
  • After the end of the first year, the system is still transferable to the technical school.
  • You will receive a general vocational training grant for 1 year.
  • The scholarship is replaced by a vocational training work contract, which means that you will already have an income while you are learning.

Agriculture and forestry sector

Mechanisation and automation are playing an increasingly important role in agricultural professions as a result of technological progress.

The sector combines technical achievements with the beauty of manual work. It combines state-of-the-art mechanisation, digitalisation and traditional artisanal farming.

Agricultural production and services are a way of dealing with the living world, with living beings, which, because of their natural and biological characteristics, create specific conditions and are a major challenge for the practical dissemination and diffusion of innovations (i.e. new innovations and new processes).

The area includes crop production, livestock farming, horticulture, forestry, agricultural mechanisation, game management and fisheries, land surveying and geo-information, which offer a diversity of production/agriculture and services.

The professions covered by the sector are of the broadest interest.
